Liz LittleDirector of Customer Advocacy
Liz is the Director of Customer Advocacy within the Informatics Leadership Team at Dr Foster – Telstra Health. She takes overall responsibility for ensuring that our customers and their needs are at the heart of everything we do and that our culture and processes are aligned to deliver this.
Liz joined Dr Foster five years ago to run its Marketing Services team. Working with healthcare commissioners across the country, she led the development of a number of successful and award-winning interventions supporting public health improvement work.
Since then, Liz has had roles leading the field-based team responsible for customer service across the English NHS and, from 2012 as the UK Client Director responsible for business development, customer service and marketing.
Prior to joining Dr Foster, Liz worked in a number of leading communications agencies in the UK and Australia, across various client-facing management, commercial and strategic roles with both consumer and business-to-business clients.
