Security at Dr Foster

Cyber threats are constantly evolving on a global level, with motivation and technique becoming increasingly complex, every organisation is a potential target and therefore must manage that risk.
We take security very seriously at Dr Foster as it is integral to everything we do. Whilst no organisation can ever truly claim to be fully secure in the ever-changing cyber landscape, in response to the recent WannaCry attack, we have carried out a comprehensive audit of our technology and we have not detected any presence of the ransomware virus in our systems.
We will continue to be vigilant and manage this and all other security threats within the risk-based framework of our information security system.
Our information security system is ISO27001 certified and we comply with the NHS Information Governance Toolkit.
